Login not possible

If login to CopNet, MedicNet, CarNet or FireNet does not work, check the following points.

Check the network runtime

If the Premium runtime expired, the affected computer may no longer be available as expected. Check your network status in the UCP.

Check assigned slots

Make sure the computer has enough slots assigned. If there are not enough available slots, employees may not be able to use the system.

Check login data

Verify that the service number and password are correct. For demo systems, use the data from Demo access.

Contact Support & Contact and include the affected system, network name and the exact error message.
